My fitness journey kicked off when I just wanted to feel better in my own skin. As time went on, I figured out that I needed to make some real changes to build a healthy lifestyle that I could stick with for good. Gaining weight was not easy but I did learn a ton along the way. Now, I'm all about giving those learning lessons back to my community.
Being a mom, I get how tough it is and how confidence can take a nosedive. My mission is to help other women reconnect with that self-love and get that hourglass shape and glutes you have always wanted. It is important to be on the right track for yourself so you can be the best Mom for your kids! You have to take care of yourself first!
